We have all been given the power of creativity to transform and affect the reality around us in infinite possible ways. Usually, we link the word creativity to the concept of art, equating creativity with artistic. So, do we think that only artists, creative directors, or designers are blessed with the gift of creativity? What about business people, lawyers, doctors for example? Our assumption is that we all have a huge creative potential, some of us need just a little push to reactivate it and to use it as a problem-solving tool.

Also, according to a survey conducted by the World Economic Forum, the most desirable quality is in future leaders is creativity. They describe it as "The ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem." What the World Economic Forum found out, is also confirmed by IBM in its global CEO study, and it states that: "The effects of rising complexity call for CEOs and their teams to lead with bold creativity, connect with customers in imaginative ways and design their operations for speed and flexibility to position their organizations for twenty-first-century success."
Innovation & creativity, the business of ideas, is increasingly seen as the key to future societal prosperity and business success. Innovation includes not only ingenuity and imagination, but even more so new processes, new technologies, and new ways of using existing technology. Innovations need to overcome the hurdles of affordability, adaptability, scalability, replicability and sustainability. Creativity is at the heart of sustainability, rooted in sustainable social, economic, environmental and cultural practices. It is a special kind of renewable resource and human talent. Creative intelligence has become a new form of cultural literacy which harnesses the power to create, connect and inspire. The creative industries have become one of the world economy’s most dynamic growth poles. The creative economy is the most modern phase of economic development.
The link between creativity, innovation and sustainability is at the core of the future of our evolution socially, culturally, humanly and economically. Proven is the emphasis that the United Nations SDGs agenda for 2030, puts on these topics.
